The area

The property lies peacefully in beautiful natural surroundings, near the Norwegian School. Alfàs del Pi is a great base for exploring the Costa Blanca.

In Albir, ten minutes by car, you'll find beach, promenade, cafés and restaurants, and a walk to the lighthouse in Serra Gelada natural park. Altea charms with white houses, narrow streets and the church with blue domes. Benidorm offers beaches, an old town, shopping and family experiences.

In La Nucía, a couple of minutes away, is Club Padelpoint with 13 courts. The golf courses Villaitana, Altea Golf and Puig Campana are under ten minutes away, and Terra Mítica, Aqualandia and Terra Natura 10–15 minutes away.
